Terms of business

Real estate brokerage is provided as a regulated trade under Act No. 39/2020 Coll. on real estate brokerage, and I carry professional liability insurance to the statutory extent.

The commission is payable only after a purchase or lease contract is concluded and is always agreed in writing in advance. Free valuations and initial consultations are not conditional on signing a contract.

Information about the offered properties is based on documents provided by their owners. Despite all checks, errors cannot be excluded; the data in the contractual documentation always prevails.
