I find a property to your brief, check it thoroughly and negotiate the price.

For buyers I mainly help with what a listing does not show: the state of the building, planned renovations, debts in the repair fund or easements.

I negotiate the price and terms, keep an eye on financing deadlines and prepare you for what happens at the land registry.
